We want you to be completely delighted with your Enesco Beatrix Potter Gifts purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Beatrix Potter branded packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all tags and proof of purchase.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
